This may seem odd because, yes, we are internet people, but believe it or not, we still find the phone to be a highly useful and highly efficient device. It's generally a much faster way to hash through the nature and details of an inquiry, and, besides that, Kurt gets lonely sometimes and enjoys hearing from strangers.
