San Francisco-based retargeting mavens, Adroll, retained our services for several rounds of creative brand work, messaging, and UX explorations. Up to that point in their history they’d been largely a “mom n’ pop” brand, and, as such, were appealing mostly to SMBs but not scoring high marks with larger agencies and higher-spend big brands and large customers. The catch was to attempt to appeal to both sets of customers, without alienating either end of the customer spectrum. We executed a variety of mood boards, campaign messaging, detailed UX treatments across their existing set of web pages, and even did elegant treatments for their customer dashboard.
